Added a new SSD, setup a new OS and deleted the original OS files. Worked fine for 3 days, then today, all of a sudden, pc won’t boot up. Why?

I got the error ” required device not found” (screenshot).

And after that nothing happened. No going into recovery mode, nothing. Opening CMD from a bootable media and checking diskpart revealed that while the disk was online, the partitions were not. How could that be?

As a last resort, since it was urgent, and there wasn’t all that much data anyways. I decided to clean the SSD, make it GPT and then installed windows again.

The device is a Dell G3 3579
The ssd is a WD nvme m.2 ssd
I want to know how/why this happened so that I can avoid it in the future. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Edit:
Added SSD spec
When using diskpart, i could see that the disk itself was online, but the 2 partitions were offline. Still in healthy state, but offline

Edit 2:
Consensus for now was that it just got disconnected somehow, and caused the volumes to be dismounted (offline), reasons unknown. But rest assured to anyone coming back here in the future, I will be keeping this post updated with any cause I find
