I’d given up on why my internet just get disconnected randomly

No matter what I do the internet just completely restart (meaning it is still connected but saying no internet) or something every 30 minutes to 1 hour of use. When I download something for 5 minutes the internet dead for 2 mins and come back, watching video for a while and disconnect, playing game rubberband constantly.I tried ethernet but it behave the same.

I’m so tired of this issue and tried to tolerate it for 5 years+ but this is the final straw (while I was typing the internet just froze for a minute). I do not know who fault it is, I called the Internet provider tech to come and see but there is no issue with it and from all the neighborhood I’m the only one (I can’t change the provider because the apartment is restricted to only that company), or may be it is because of the Qualcomm Atheros ar9485, I just do not know anymore. I thought of buying a new router (Archer C50) would solve it but no luck.

When I check the event log and see the a few issues that pop up the most:

+ No Ranging Response received – T3 time-out

+ UCD invalid or channel unusable

+ Can’t get DownStream , trying to lock on DS

+ TFTP failed – OUT OF ORDER packets

Does anyone have any ideas how to stop this because I am on the brink of mental breakdown?

Anything is useful at this point.

This is what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/Se2z9s8

Update: so I called the tech support to fix it and check outside line and it does have a problem. They said they fixed it and I do see some improvement but I cant be certain.
