I misclicked on a website and it caused me to download a file named yourfileisready.exe which is clearly a virus. I kinda panicked, and I misclicked again on that file when I tried to delete it. It asked me if it could make changes to my computer, and obviously I said no, but it still opened and showed to me what looked like an Adobe installation program. I closed it, ran Malwarebytes and quarantined whatever was detected. It was classified as Adware.InstallCore.
I’m kinda paranoid, so I’m here asking if there’s anything else I should do.
