Basically what the title says. I’ve been using the chrome browser for years, and within the last 6 months it’s started logging me out of my google account every time I close my browser window, which is a frustration but a minor one. And recently, it’s started recommending that I download chrome… through the chrome browser that I have open.
I’m just curious, does anybody here have any suggestions on how to get this browser streamlined like I once had it? (i.e. not having to log in every time I open a window on my desktop computer, minimizing recommendations to download the browser that I’m actually using)?

First off, no, I did not do any troubleshooting, I sent a frustrated question into the redditsphere with hardly a hope of an answer. And, boy! did you guys deliver!
