Strange problem. I have a 2000 GB monthly plan from my internet provider. For the past three months I’ve used about 1000 GB a month. But now they’re saying I used 450 GB and 1000 GB on Wednesday and Thursday this week. But then only 20 GB on Friday.
I’ve asked for an explanation but they just suggest that I left too many devices running. Obviously that’s not the case. But what could have happened? I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated because I’m looking at having to upgrade my plan to avoid overage fees even.
