Did I get a faulty RTX 3080 or is it the result of playing in 1080p

PC specs:i7 9700k32g of ram at 3600RTX 3080

Im noticing horrible aliasing in most of my games almost like I can see individual pixels and things dont looks smooth. Its not my monitor as I have my PC with a RTX 2060 next to me and swapping between them. The pc with the 2060 displays better then my RTX 3080 just with a way lower framerate.I tried every setting in Nvidia control panel and nothing fixes it.I am going to put an old gtx 1660 in this new build and if the aliasing looks good then I know its my GPU. I just want to know is this a faulty 3080 FE? or from playing in 1080p with graphics card. When I DSR to 4k it helps but not every games allows this. can anyone help me out?Nvidia deleted the post right away so I came here hoping to find some help.

Edit: thanks for all the help and replies. I was busy for the holidays so I didnt get back right away. I am working on screen shots and its taking awhile since I have to switch the monitor to both pc so that all images are from the same monitor.

Things I have tried:
Fresh driver install
installed latest drivers
Enabled AA
Swapped monitors

Will update with picture comparisons.
