Hey everyone,
My SO and I moved into her Mom & Stepdads house recently. The environment is… interesting to say the least. Their Stepdad is pretty tech savvy, has a pretty complicated network and it conveniently goes offline after he has an argument in the household. He always claims innocence, always claims it isn’t him. And even goes out of his way to give me advice on how to get it back on should it go offline, basic things such as resetting the router & modem. Every single time it goes offline I do these things, try these things and it never comes back on until he gets home and shouts at an Eastlink employee that his family thinks he’s turning the internet off… then it magically comes back.
He changed the password to the Administrative stuff so I can’t access that to see. And hard resetting the modem and router doesn’t work. Is there any other options I have besides getting my own internet?
