Guys Please I need advice here, My sister was being bullied and someone took her iPhone and actually deleted all her photos and videos permanently ,her media was around 80 gigabytes but she only had 5GB storage enabled, so obviously not all her pics was synced to cloud. is there anything we can do?

yes he deleted things twice to make sure they are permanently gone ! but only from local storage so i guess they are now permanently gone according to apple unless we have iCloud syncing enabled , but the problem here is the cloud storage was only 5GB at this time ! so no way all her pics was

one more thing she subscribed to 200 GB storage 4 months ago and had iCloud syncing enabled but then cancelled it and switched to the free plan 2 months ago

so guys do you think there is anything we can do to retrieve all the pics back?
the incident just happened today and my sister won’t stop crying
